Eazypan operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) digital service facilitation platform. All payments are processed via RBI-regulated payment gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe using a prepaid wallet model.


Nature of Wallet Transactions

• All payments made on Eazypan.in are prepaid in nature.
• Wallet balance represents service credits and not a deposit, savings account, or refundable balance.
• Once wallet balance is successfully credited, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Service Fulfilment & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Successfully initiated services
• Government or third-party application processing
• Rejected, delayed, or pending services due to external authorities
• Errors in data submitted by the user


Refunds may be considered only in the following limited scenarios:

• Amount debited but service not initiated due to technical failure
• Duplicate debit caused by system or gateway error
• Failed transaction where amount is not auto-reversed


Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be credited only to the Eazypan wallet
• No refunds will be processed to bank accounts or original payment instruments
• Refund processing timeline: 5–7 working days


Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

Eazypan is not responsible for delays, rejections, or outcomes caused by:

• Government portals
• Banks, insurers, GSTN, NSDL/UTI
• Utility providers or telecom operators
